Can you modify furniture to fit a different space or purpose?
Yes. We do furniture modifications regularly. Common requests include shortening or raising table and chair legs, converting dressers into bathroom vanities, adding shelves to bookcases, and cutting down headboards. If you have something specific in mind, call us at (214) 682-6371 and we will let you know if it is doable.
How do you handle pickup for large or awkward pieces?
We come with the right equipment and enough people to safely move heavy or oversized furniture. We blanket-wrap everything before it goes on the truck. You do not need to disassemble anything or move the piece to your garage ahead of time. Just make sure we can get to it and we will handle the rest.
What if I am not sure whether a piece is worth restoring?
Give us a call at (214) 682-6371 and describe what you have. We are always honest about whether restoration makes sense. Sometimes a $200 repair brings a piece back to life for another 30 years. Other times the cost outweighs the result, and we will tell you that too. Estimates are always free.
