Wylie's Own Furniture Repair Workshop
We have been working out of our Wylie shop since we first opened our doors in 1980. This is where every restoration happens - from the initial assessment to the final coat of finish. When you bring your piece to us, you are bringing it to the same workbenches and tools we have used for over 45 years. There is no middleman, no subcontracting, and no shipping your furniture to a facility you have never seen.
Living in Wylie means you do not have to worry about pickup and delivery logistics. You can drop off your furniture during business hours or, if the piece is too large or heavy to move yourself, we will come get it. We are your neighbors, and we treat your furniture the way we would treat our own.

Stripping, sanding, staining, and sealing dining tables, dressers, desks, and cabinets. We match the original finish or help you choose something new.

We do the work right here in our Wylie shop. Stop by anytime to check on progress. Most projects take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the scope.

Can I drop off my furniture at the Wylie shop?
Absolutely. Our workshop at 10 Regency Dr Bldg B is open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3:30pm. Walk-ins are welcome, but if you want to talk with someone about your piece, we recommend coming between 9am and 3pm so a technician is available.
How long does a typical restoration take?
Most projects take one to two months depending on the scope of work and how busy the shop is. We will give you a timeline estimate when you drop off your piece or when we pick it up. If something changes, we keep you updated.
What types of furniture do you work on?
